equipment trailer

my trailer is about 30 years old, it has a heavy beam across the center, with a tee on the end, and two tandem wheels on each side, with no springs, it is very difficult to pull because it bounces up and down with every bump, i would really like to think of a way to add shocks to it to stop the motion once it starts bouncing, I think it will easily carry 20,000 lbs.
