We purchased our second Airstream in 1985, an unusual 32' model that has two doors. In 1986 the Land Yacht began its travels which continue today. It has taken us to Mexico each winter for the past twenty-three years and once to Guatemala. It was our fulltime home for twelve years, but now sees the road only four months each year. While the interior has been renovated, the exterior, although showing a few badges of its years of service, is still in such good condition that fellow travelers often say "it looks brand new". Both my wife and I, and probably our three cats would without much hesitation sell our home in Carmel,California, and live again aboard the Airstream. Click here to read or post comments.
